Why did you decide to speak at WordCamp Harare?

I was an attendee of WordCamp Harare 2016. The first one in Zimbabwe and some of the speakers provided inspiring insights that have helped shape my blogging journey and this year I have decided to pay it back…..

What is your talk going to be about?

I will be talking about and sharing tips on things I have learnt so far and hoped someone had taught me about maintaining a web page, blog or digital identity.

Code might be poetry but a website is a conversation.

What is the one thing you want people to walk away with from your talk?

A website is conversation….. it has to start one. When I visit a website I expect it to speak to me, what is yours saying…..

How did you discover WordPress?

I was on the interweb trying to find a site I could create and customize a simple web page… and Google suggested.

How has WordPress impacted you?

I have met and interacted with individuals who use the same platform; I have become a better person for it and the wonderful opportunities to reach out mix and change the world; even if just the perceptions of how the world sees me and where I come from.

What do you do when not working?

When I am not writing, I read, I read twice more than I write and when I am neither writing nor reading sometimes I run and listening to music to always………
